Fabrication of Arsenic (III) Nano Sensor After Optimising by Glassy Carbon Electrode

Contamination and toxic waste are acting the most important role in horrible health threats. Water, the greatest important object for lifetime and is used up without the awareness of impurities. Arsenic - III beyond 10 micro grams per liter (µg/L) is considered as toxic to natural lifespan which roots lung cancer or skin melanoma and cardiac disease, mutagenic hazardous effects. Impurity of Arsenic takes place in ground and oceanic water may perhaps healthiness risk towards marine living things. Arsenic purification needs severely approved in all methods for water decontamination. The existing - conventional methods are bulky, costly, time consuming and need chemist to operate. An extraordinary system for the calibration for recognizing of arsenic impurity limits in water were tested by GCE- carbon glassy electrode modified by Gold-Au in 0.55 Moles of Sulphuric acid. The strip was tested by Pulse Differential Voltammetry, CV-Cyclic Voltammetry, LSV- Linear Sweep Voltammetry, CSV - Cathodic Stripping Voltammetry and Anodic Stripping Voltammetry (ASV). After optimization, the fabricated sensor strip was succeeded a LOD as 0.2 measures per Billion (ppb) with 10 seconds of transformation at −0.94 V whereas the Maximum Contamination Level (MCL) of Arsenic by WHO-World Health Organization is 10 ppb (10 µg/L) in drinking water. Finally, the fabricated Nano sensing screen printed feeler strip was also examined for many bulk metal pollutants detection like Lead, Silver, Gold, Bismuth and Copper in water by DPV Mode at a time. Lab On Chip - LOC user friendly system was developed for bulk metal pollutants. It facilitated faster, cheaper, portable, automated, user friendly and precise detection.
