A Web-based Application for Employee's Leave Management System for the City Government of Tagaytay

The Employees' Leave Management System was developed for the Office of the Human Resource Management at the City Government of Tagaytay, located at Kaybagal South, Tagaytay City. The Employees' Leave Management System covers the record files of leave credentials of every Employee. It was developed using PHP as the programming language. The system users' objectives are to remove and refrain from using Employee's Leave Ledger card; automatically calculate leave balance; reduce the time spent processing Employee's leave; Generate a report based on Employee's leave; apply for leave through LAN connection. An Agile software methodology was used in the development of the system. The system was implemented in the City of Tagaytay. Given the initial implementation of the system, it is more convenient for the City employees to use the system. During the system test, the employees found it very useful to them.
