Research on the Optimization of the Lighting Environment in the public space of the Polar Cruise ship "Greg Mortimer"

Adventure cruise is the most high-end cruise type. To provide tourists with ultimate travel experience, the lighting environment of public spaces has gradually become an important physical environment factor that affects the sense of experience and attraction. This paper conducts an objective survey on the lighting environment of five types of public spaces on China's first polar cruise ship "Greg Mortimer" to obtain valid data samples such as luminosity parameters, brightness parameters, and color parameters. And based on literature research and current situation measurement, this paper puts forward the existing problems of the lighting environment in the public space of cruise ships, and analyzes and draws a general design strategy for improving the lighting environment in the public space of cruise ships.
