Research on IETM Data Publishing

China released the interactive electronic technical manual (IETM) and the national military standard GJB6600, in 2010. The standard provides a good guide and specification for the use of military equipment technical data. To facilitate the efficient use of equipment technical data knowledge, it is necessary to store the technical data in a modular and standardized way to realize the interactive access and query of equipment technical data. Since other articles have introduced the interactive editing and modular standardized storage of equipment technical data, according to the requirements of interactive access and retrieval of equipment technical manual data, this paper designs an interactive electronic technical manual publishing engine to realize the organization and release of equipment technical data and form a manual data package supporting interactive access and retrieval. Firstly, this paper analyzes the basis of IETM data publishing requirements. On this basis, the IETM data release process is designed. The principle of IETM data release and its software function are analyzed. Finally, the IETM data publishing engine is implemented using J2EE technology and applied to a variety of products.
