The Characterization Research on Atmospheric Environmental Corrosion of Aluminum Alloy

The research on the environmental adaptability of aluminum alloy is carried out from two aspects of environmental conditions and performance indicators, aiming to quantitatively characterize the environmental corrosion effect of aluminum alloy in multiple regions by building a unified characterization system of environmental corrosion effect in multiple regions. Firstly, the random forest algorithm is combined with Spearman correlation analysis to eliminate the environmental redundant variables with lower importance ranking. On this basis, the environmental factors in the environmental indicator system are obtained by feature clustering. Then, the entropy method and coefficient of variation method are comprehensively used to obtain the environmental factors and their weights, so as to obtain the environmental condition index that represents the severity of the environment in which the alloy is located. In addition, the main properties of aluminum alloy are determined by analyzing its damage mode and damage rule, so as to build a quantitative index system of alloy properties. At the same time, the comprehensive performance damage index of the alloy in a specific year in a region is obtained by using the efficiency coefficient method. Finally, this paper characterizes the multi region environmental corrosion effect of aluminum alloy in the form of “time - environmental condition - product performance”.
