A GO-FLOW Model Updating Method Adapting to the Scenario Change in Nuclear Power Plants

After thorough safety analysis, the design of a nuclear power plant is shown to be sufficiently safe under a variety of fictitious operation scenarios. Evaluating whether any changes to the nuclear power plant's configuration will still allow it to meet its planned safety and economic objectives is one of the key duties of operational risk management in a nuclear power plant. The two-layer hierarchical GO-FLOW model is the foundation for the system reliability modeling and analysis method proposed in this paper. A GO-FLOW model may adapt to changing success criteria and different configurations of the modeled system by adapting its parameters in a flexible manner. This reduces the workload added by remodeling and increases the effectiveness of risk management in nuclear power plants.
