A Rapid Accident Processing Method Based on Monitoring and Cloud Technology

The USA and China both reach 300 million cars, and it has attracted much attention how takes scientific and technological innovation as a breakthrough to solve the current problem of traffic congestion. This paper finds a method based on monitoring and cloud technology, it achieves automatic identification of traffic accidents in an unoccupied condition and invents a new model which not only achieves accident processing remotely, but also spends just 11 minutes to complete remote online incident processing. The experiment proves that the new method is significantly more time-saving and efficient than the current accident processing, it has a strong practical significance which facilitates the public, saves social costs, builds intelligent cities, and provides key supporting technologies in the age of driverless cars.
