Comprehensive Evaluation Method of Acquisition Capability in Low-Voltage Station Area

With the development of user-side data collection equipment and the comprehensive application of electricity consumption information collection system, the data collection capability of electricity consumption information collection system with the goal of “full coverage” of electricity user data determines whether it can provide data guarantee for power grid operation. Aiming at the problem that the large scale of the low-voltage distribution network station area cannot efficiently screen out the station area with poor data collection ability for optimization and transformation, this paper proposes a data collection ability evaluation method based on CRITIC and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Firstly, the evaluation index system is established, and then the CRITIC method and AHP are used to add expert experience to obtain the objective weight and subjective weight of each index. Finally, according to the evaluation function value, the collection ability of the station area is evaluated. The feasibility and efficiency of the evaluation method are verified by the case analysis of several stations in a certain place in Zhejiang.
