A Design of a multi parameter reconfigurable array antenna

A circularly polarized patch array antenna with frequency reconfiguration, radiation pattern reconfiguration and polarization reconfiguration is designed in this paper. By adjusting the capacitance of the varactor between the circular radiation patch and its parasitic patch, the frequency can be reconstructed. At the same time, the perturbation capacitance can be adjusted to realize the conversion between the left-hand circular polarization and the right-hand circular polarization. By switching the feed probes of four array elements, the radiation beam of the array antenna can be dynamically configured in five directions.
