E-Learning- Technological Readiness among Teachers of Senior Secondary Schools of Chandigarh in Relation to Locus of Control

The goal of the study was to discover readiness of Chandigarh's senior secondary school teachers for e-learning in regard to their locus of control. A total of 200 teachers in the sample, including 100 from the government and 100 from Chandigarh's private senior secondary schools. For E-learning Readiness Ryan Watkins, Doug Leigh, and Don Triner's (2004) self-assessment tool with IE scale on Locus of control was employed also 2×2×2 the interaction between the factors was investigated using ANOVA. It was also discovered that private senior secondary school instructors scored higher on e-learning preparedness than government senior secondary school teachers. Senior secondary school instructors with an external locus of control scored higher on e-learning preparedness than those who have an internal locus of control.
