Construction of 3D Asthma Model Based on Microfluidic Technology

Allergic asthma is a chronic airway inflammatory disease, and most of the studies conducted so far have used traditional animal models for the detection and analysis of relevant cytokines. However, this method is expensive and time-consuming, and the animal model is quite different from the human body. In order to solve the above problems, this paper proposes to build a 3D cell model in vitro by combining the microfluidic chip with stainless steel orifice plate. The 3D cell mass is induced to produce cytokines by adding dust mite extract, and digital ELISA technology is used for high-precision analysis. Finally, dexamethasone is used for treatment to construct the generation and treatment of asthma model.
