On Medical Diagnosis Problem Utilizing Parametric Neutrosophic Discriminant Measure

In the numerous decision-making processes, the divergence/discriminant measure is one of the most suitable information measures for dealing with the vagueness and impreciseness of the factors affecting the decision-making models. In this current communication, a novel (X, Y)-norm bi-parametric discriminant measure for neutrosophic sets along with some important results have been presented and studied in detail. Also, we have presented the implementation of the proposed discriminant measure for symptomatic detection in the problem of medical diagnosis with a numerical illustration. The results based on the computations have been tabulated and discussed.
