Driver Drowsiness Detection and Alerting Model for Minimizing Road Accidents

The Drowsiness comes between the state of staying awake and sleeping. Drowsiness might not be a problem in some scenarios, but when it comes to driving it is a life-taking problem and drivers need some kind of alerting system, to get out of the problems. Alerting systems would help the driver reach his normal state. In the previous work, the tactic used was Encephalogram wherever electrodes area unit placed on the driver's scalp and these electrodes facilitate the system to watch the brain's electrical signals that flow through the neurons of the brain. This method becomes a bit complicated since any driver must be comfortable while driving but wearing those electrodes not only makes the driver uncomfortable but also makes the whole system complicated. These problems can be overcome by considering an eye monitoring software that is incorporated into a piece of hardware that further can be put inside the car. When the software detects the conditions of the driver's eyes, then the hardware incorporated in the car would alert the driver.
