Simulation design and performance analysis of Aircraft Landing Gear Hydraulic Extension/Retraction System

Aircraft Landing Gear Extension/Retraction System is an indispensable flight security supporting system on the aircraft, which is very important for the normal take-off and landing of the aircraft. Therefore, it is urgent to simulate the internal state of aircraft landing gear and the correlation between components. Aiming at the problems of wide fault relationship, difficult positioning, strong coupling and difficult analysis in the landing gear extension/retraction system of a certain type of aircraft, the control principle of the system is analyzed, and the AMESim software is used to design the control loop of the hydraulic extension/retraction system of the aircraft landing gear, and the system simulation model is established.Through the simulation analysis of the dynamic and static characteristics of the system, the influence of the change of the performance parameters of these components on the working characteristics of the system is studied, and then the key state parameters of the system are monitored and analyzed. The internal working conditions of the system are mastered in time, and the fault symptoms are found as soon as possible to improve the reliability of the system. The simulation results show that the state data of various aircraft landing gear hydraulic telescopic systems during operation can be simulated by reasonably setting the performance parameters of each component, which lays a large amount of data foundation for the subsequent health management of the landing gear hydraulic extension/retraction system.
