ADRC in Steady Speed Control of Medical Shaver system

The handle motor is the core part of the Medical Shaver system, and its steady speed control accuracy affects the working performance of the Medical Shaver system. In order to improve the speed stability accuracy of the handle motor, the speed loop adopts ADRC instead of the traditional PI speed loop control to reduce the output fluctuation of the speed loop; At the same time, the current loop adopts the model predictive control instead of the traditional PI current loop control to improve the response speed of the system when the disturbance occurs. The vector controller of the handle motor is designed based on the above methods, and the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm in improving the stability control accuracy is verified by simulation and experiment.
