Development, Simulation and Experiment of Municipal Pipeline Installation Equipment

With the increasing number of municipal pipeline construction projects in China, a pipeline installation manipulator for municipal large-scale cement pipeline laying is designed to improve the existing pipeline construction technology that stays in the man-machine hybrid operation, reduce casualties, and enhance the efficiency of the pipeline construction in this work, which includes three aspects, the structure, hydraulic system, and electronic control system. And the dynamic simulation and the test of the designed equipment are conducted in this work. The analysis shows that the manipulator has great reliability and provides reference for the research and development of municipal pipeline construction equipment technology.
