IoT based Soil Monitoring and Control Systems

In order to provide optimal and integrated data collection, the purpose of this article is to outline a real -time soil monitoring system that may be used on agricultural farmlands. In order to accomplish this goal, the research will concentrate on agricultural farmlands. Real-time monitoring, which provides information that is accurate and up to date on the state of the crop and the soil, is a significant help in the process of making decisions for increasing crop output. This is because real-time monitoring offers information on the state of the crop and the soil that is accurate and up to date. In order to increase crop output, agriculture is dependent on a variety of elements, such as the features of the soil, the parameters of the climate, and so on. One of these facets is the variety of forms that may be found both between and within individual plants. Using this component of the system, the data set for important field parameters including temperature, humidity, soil pH, soil moisture, light intensity, and carbon dioxide will be gathered. Other significant field factors include light intensity. The data sets that were gathered and subsequently used were helpful in conducting an analysis of the susceptibilities of the chosen crops to the effects of changing the parameters of the irrigation system. The data that were gathered were evaluated considering the standardized ideal values that were determined for each crop. These variations were caused by the fact that the inputs were tailored according to the requirements of each crop. Installing a variety of sensors in order to collect primary parameters that are significant for the growth of plants is the primary objective of this study. Obtaining primary data will be the means through which this objective will be satisfied. The fact that these sensors can be reached with little effort served as motivation for this research work.
