Edge and Android Application based Health Monitor

It is a major concern to care for the sick and elderly people who require assistance throughout the day. This paper presents a development model that continuously monitors medical data such as pulse rate, body temperature, and oxygen level of those patients. This will allow care takers to view their real-time medical information via their edge devices. The model was promoted by integrating an Arduino controller with relevant sensors to monitor temperature, heart rate, and oxygen saturation levels. Furthermore, this application will consistently transmit medical data to a master computer that serves as a cloud server. In turn, the server will instantly update data on the Android device.
