Profit Forecast of Business Data Based on Data Mining Algorithm

In order to provide a reference for the formulation of business management strategies, the author puts forward the profit prediction of business data based on the grey GM (1,1) prediction model. Take 10 listed Chinese medicine enterprises such as Beijing Tongrentang Co., Ltd. and Yunnan Baiyao Group Co., Ltd. as samples, analyze the development status of main business income and net profit of each enterprise from 2011 to 2020, and use Matlab 7.0 software to build and fit the grey GM (1,1) prediction model, forecast the development trend of main business income and net profit of enterprises from 2021 to 2025. The results show that: The forecast model is built based on the main business income and net profit of each enterprise from 2011 to 2020. The results show that, the development coefficients (a) of the prediction models all meet the requirement that - a is less than 0.3, the posterior error ratio (C) is less than 0.35, and the P values are all 1. 000, so the prediction accuracy of the models is good. The forecast results show that the main business income of each enterprise will show an overall growth trend from 2021 to 2025, while the net profit will show different development trends. Conclusion: The grey GM (1,1) model has a good fitting effect in predicting the main business income and net profit of the financial indicators of listed enterprises of traditional Chinese medicine, and can be applied to the medium and long-term prediction of financial indicators. The main business income of each enterprise will continue to increase, but the net profit will fluctuate greatly. Enterprises should, according to the development trend of financial indicators, properly adjust the direction of development strategy to improve the profitability and profitability of enterprises.
