Design of sliding mode speed controller for permanent magnet synchronous motor based on improved reaching law

Previous PI control can not satisfy the requirement of the permanent magnet synchronous motor speed control system of modern, this paper proposes a modified sliding mode control of the speed controller with strong anti-jamming capability. The optimal speed-sliding mode controller uses different exponential reaching law to solve the problems of slow reaching speed and large static error. Improved type speed controller using hyperbolic tangent function instead of sign function, effectively removed part of the high frequency chattering problem in the system. At the end of this paper, an improved speed controller simulation model is established based on magnetic field directional control in MATLAB. Simulation results show that the proposed improved speed controller not only improves the dynamic response speed of the system, but also reduces the fluctuation and target deviation of the system after stability, and improves the ability of the system to deal with uncertain interference.
