Multi-objective optimal dispatch of integrated energy system considering supply-demand imbalance rate and uncertainty

To deal with two issues where photovoltaic uncertainty and the dynamic characteristics of the equipment in the system will affect the optimization of integrated energy system dispatch and energy supply and demand. An indicator of the total energy supply-demand imbalance rate is proposed in this paper while considering the uncertainty of photovoltaic. Firstly, this paper uses Monte Carlo and K-means clustering algorithms to achieve scenario generation and scenario reduction for photovoltaic uncertainty to complete the uncertainty treatment of photovoltaics. Secondly, three key devices, namely absorption chiller, air source heat pump and gas boiler, are selected for dynamic characterization without significantly increasing the complexity and difficulty of solving the model. Subsequently, on the basis of the uncertainty and the total energy supply-demand imbalance rate, the fast and slow dynamic characteristics of the equipment are converted into the magnitude of the static model output attenuation of the equipment. Finally, economic and environment protection indicators are added to form a comprehensive indicator for dispatch optimization and case study analysis. The results verify the validity and reasonability of the indicator proposed in this paper.
