Iterative Weighted Least Squares Accelerometer Calibration Based on Kalman Smoothing

In the process of production and use of accelerometers, there are deterministic errors caused by nonorthogonal installation and zero offset. This paper proposes 'to use Kalman smoothing to calibrate the accelerometer. Before applying the iterative weighted least squares(WLS) method, Kalman smoothing is used to process and calibrate the collected data, and the weighted value is obtained by smoothing, and then the iterative least squares method is processed to obtain better calibration parameters. Through data experiments, the calibration method proposed in this paper can better calibrate the accelerometer output data, improve the calibration results, improve the data accuracy, and provide technical support for expanding the use of the accelerometer.
