Optimal Setting of Cement Calciner Outlet Temperature Based on Energy Flow

Whether the adjustment of cement calciner outlet temperature setting value is timely and reasonable will affect the stability of cement raw material pre-decomposition process. In order to solve the current problem of untimely and unreasonable calciner outlet temperature regulation, this paper proposes a thermal efficiency optimization strategy based on energy flow and thermal energy transition model. Firstly, the main factor affecting the thermal efficiency is found by analyzing the energy flow of the system. Secondly, the optimization formula is established by using the thermal energy transition model. Finally, the outlet temperature of calciner is automatically set by particle swarm optimization. The simulation result shows that the optimized calciner outlet temperature is more in line with the process requirements, and effectively reduce the preheater outlet exhaust gas sensible heat and the amount of coal injection at the end of the kiln.
