Finite-time synchronization of fractional-order complex-valued delayed neural networks with parameters uncertainty

This paper studies the finite-time synchronization of fractional-order complex-valued delayed neural networks(FCVDNNs) with parameters uncertainty. Based on the properties of fractional-order calculus and various inequality techniques, and designing a controller to ensure synchronization in finite time, and the synchronization time can be reckoned effectively. In the end, a simulation case is shown to validate the availability and viability of the peroration.
