Modular Controller Based Intelligent System for Smart Autocleaning and Effective Usage of Utensils

Food is one of the most important aspects of modern life. Such food is frequently served in plastic-designed containers. It is harmful to one’s health and pollutes the environment. The lack of manpower to re-clean the plate on which the food was served is the primary reason for the decrease in food served on metal plates. To clean the plate, more water is required. Most people overuse plastic plates for these two reasons. The main aim of this research work is to create a machine to clean a metal plate in less time and with less water. Water is controlled and used according to requirement in the proposed machine. The speed of the machine, the size of the soap, and the time the plate is brushed are controlled by the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). The PLC is properly designed by the software and then mounted on the machine.
