An Implementation of Interactive Simulation on the Sensable Simulation System:Scube – Case Study I–

This paper demonstrates an implementation of the in-situ visualization of the ongoing simulation result, designed for the Sensable Simulation System: Scube. Scube is the GPU accelerated middle-scale cluster system developed for interactive simulation. By utilizing the unique feature of Scube’s interconnection network and hybrid acceleration with GPU and Multicore-CPU, concurrent execution of simulation and visualization in pipelined and real-time fashion is realized and demonstrated its performance in this paper.
