Aggregation Model and Response Potential Analysis of Resident Temperature Control Load

Temperature-controlled loads are an effective resource that participates in the power balance of the grid, which helps to quickly maintain the frequency stability of the system in the event of a grid emergency. However, due to its decentralized distribution characteristics, it is difficult for the dispatch center to directly obtain its aggregate power and response potential. In order to guide the temperature control load to participate in the regulation and operation of the power grid, an aggregation model of the temperature control load is established. Based on this model, a method for assessing the aggregate response potential of temperature-controlled loads is proposed, and the aggregation response potential of temperature-controlled loads is evaluated. Through simulation, the effectiveness of the potential assessment method is verified.
