Influence of Electric Vehicle Charging Station Development on Distribution Network Planning in Shandong Province

Under the background of “Carbon peak, carbon neutrality”,the development and utilization of electric vehicles has obviously become a significant manifestation of low-carbon lifestyle. Electric vehicle (EV) charging station is one of the important contents of the “New Infrastructure” project. Their massive access will have an impact on the normal operation of the distribution network and power quality. Factors, such as charging time of EV, active power filter device of distribution network and utilization efficiency of public charging pile, etc, need attention. By analyzing the impact of EV charging on distribution network, our paper gives some suggestions on distribution network planning measures with the great development of EVs.
