The research suggests the following. To facilitate trade and foreign exchange services, banks must improve their physical facilities. Receptionists must be educated about FOREX services to answer customers' inquiries. Most customers think the staff is too busy to answer their questions. Financial institutions must train their bank workers to understand their customers' demands in the FOREX markets and handle their issues. These findings and suggestions will boost market saturation for trading and currency services.
