Smart City and Intelligent Upgrading of Urban Transportation System: based on Sustainable Investment Strategy

The government's main goal in smart city transportation development planning is to optimize and improve urban mobility under sustainable strategies, and to maximize the optimization and improvement by upgrading the transportation system with limited funds. The key area of this sustainable investment is how to implement and invest in emerging urban transportation solutions, but there is no complete solution to endow the existing transportation system with intelligent attributes under the sustainable strategy. Taking Chongqing as an example, this paper compares the evaluation indexes of urban transportation system intellectualization to understand which aspects of the city have caused positive results of intellectualization implementation. With the development of mobility and intelligence in cities, this paper attempts to analyze the impact of the differences in the composition of intelligent transportation systems on cities and the sustainable investment strategies of intelligent transportation. To help the transportation system reduce carbon emissions and provide strategies for upgrading the city's intelligent transportation system.
