Design and Analysis of a Micro-Vibration Driving Platform with Bidirectional Piezoelectric Actuator

The micro-vibration of the spacecraft has the characteristics of low frequency and micro-amplitude. It is difficult to meet the micro-vibration driving condition by using the traditional excitation platform, such as electromagnetic exciter and shaking table. Therefore, a new type of micro-vibration driving platform is designed in this work. Firstly, a bidirectional piezoelectric actuator is designed and its equivalent dynamic model is derived. Then the parameters in the equivalent dynamics model of the actuator are identified based on ANSYS. Finally, the simulation of the micro-vibration driving platform is completed. The simulation results show that the driving platform can generate bidirectional micro-vibration with low frequency and high precision, which is helpful for ground verification research of micro-vibration control of space equipment.
