GSLA: A Tool for Deciphering Genotype Changes on Phenotype Level

We perform the gene set linkage analysis (GSLA) tool for interpreting the functional influences of genes with expression change in omics studies. It has been illustrated in several studies that the algorithm is useful for finding new clues for physiological coordination in transcriptome profile analyses, where traditional analysis tools cannot find similar results.
