Research on Heat Sealing Effect of Carton Film Based on ANSYS Simulation Technology

Six-plane beautification device of carton transparent paper is designed in order to solve these problems, such as slack, wrinkles and so on. This device is mainly composed of iron and drive mechanism. When working, the iron is branded to form an accommodation cavity, and the carton is placed in the accommodation cavity to beautify six plane of the carton. According to the material parameters of the cigarette film, the finite element mathematical model of the cigarette film was established by using the ANSYS software, the heat-sealing temperature was the load, the thermal conduction of the film was simulated, and through further practical tests to determine the optimal shaping temperature. This test is taking cigarette named Liqun LWL produced by G10 Packaging machine of Ningbo cigarette Factory as the Research object. It shows that after the installation of the device, the cigarette was eliminated from 60 / shift to 10 / shift due to the packaging defects of transparent paper in the carton. This device is able to provide technical support for improving the packaging quality of carton transparent paper.
