Grid Integrated 10kW Solar Photovoltaic System Using Conventional Controlling Techniques

This manuscript going to present a comparative analysis of the control algorithms used for the 3-phase solar photovoltaic system integrated with the grid. The conventional based synchronous reference frame theory and the unit template current control technique are used. These traditional control algorithms are used in PV grid-integrated systems to improve grid and distribution substation power quality in terms of harmonic elimination, power factor correction, reactive power, and load unbalancing. This paper is aimed to explore a broad analysis of conventional control techniques in various modes of operation. The proposed energy conversion and management strategy and the results of different modes of operation are performed based on MATLAB-Simulink.
