Distribution Network Intelligent Operation and Maintenance Dispatching Method Based on GIS Data Analysis and Optimal Path Model

In order to adapt to the promotion of smart grid construction and the construction of power system data center, and realize the intelligent distribution network and fine operation and maintenance management, this paper proposes a distribution network intelligent operation and maintenance dispatching method based on GIS data analysis and optimal path model. Based on the data collected by GIS system, this paper constructs the optimal path model. Then, based on the overall programming model and the improved genetic algorithm, a two-step assignment method of intelligent operation and maintenance for low-voltage platform area is proposed, from single area optimization to inter-area redistribution. Through the simulation experiment of laboratory data, Tianjin GIS data and historical work order data, it shows that the model can effectively optimize the dispatching path, effectively solve the dispatching problem of low-voltage platform area anomaly processing, realize the automatic distribution and transfer of work order, and obtain good management and economic benefits.
