ICD-10 Computer Aided Coding Scheme

At present, there is no unified name for disease diagnosis at home and abroad, which makes it more difficult to find the name of disease diagnosis to some extent. After all, some disease diagnosis names are similar, but their causes, onset periods and treatment purposes are different. In order to reduce the difficulty of finding disease diagnosis, special coding method should be adopted. The data collected by major hospitals are further summarized, so that the collected data is quite huge, and they are all real data of patients. From such data sets, it is of great research value to use various data mining techniques to understand the relationship between various diseases and the development law of various diseases, and to summarize the therapeutic effects of various treatment schemes. This paper discusses the use of ICD-10 intelligent auxiliary coding system to standardize the disease diagnosis names entered by clinicians, and assist the medical record room coders in disease coding, so that the disease diagnosis names with standard codes can run through the whole process of diagnosis and treatment, thus laying a foundation for the requirements of automatic entry of clinical pathways, disease statistics and data mining.
