IT Triple-A Strategy to Improve SMEs’ Supply Chain

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of Triple-A Supply Chain Strategy, especially in the rise of the use of information and technology (IT), on the supply chain performance of culinary or food and beverage SMEs in Bekasi, the largest and most urban buffer city of Jakarta, Indonesia’s capital. The subjects of this study were employers who handled the logistics area of food and beverage in Bekasi City, and the sample size was 30 respondents. It used convenience sampling as a sampling method and a questionnaire as a data collecting tool. SPSS software was used to do multiple linear regression on the data. As a result, the IT agility variable had no substantial positive impact on supply chain performance. Meanwhile, IT adaptability and alignment were found to have a considerable positive impact on the supply chain performance of food and beverage SMEs in Bekasi.
