Automatic Switching of Hybrid Peltier Module for Electronic Application

The effects of on-going progress in science and technology have created a various of systems that can be used in producing the refrigerator effect with the use of thermoelectric cooling and heating, this instrument is called a Peltier. Peltier can be used for cooling or heating, though in reality cooling is the most common use. The space can also be heated or cooled using it as a temperature controller. It has the advantage of having no moving parts and thus less maintenance. Thermoelectric cooler and heater is a new alternative because it can reduce the use of electricity to produce cooling and heating effect in same space and also meet today's energy challenges. Therefore, the need of this prototype in developing countries is very high where long life and less maintenance is needed. The objective of this study and project is to develop a working thermoelectric cooling and heating a volume of 9.5 Liters that utilizes the Peltier effect to cool and heat. It also maintains a selected temperature range of
$25^{\circ}\mathrm{C}$
to
$40^{\circ}\mathrm{C}$
. The design requirements are to cool and heat 9.5 liters' volume to set temperature within a short time and maintain the temperature for some desired time interval.
