Research on Methods and Procedures of Chip - testing for ST16C2552 on test-system of J750EX

This paper exerts researches for develop of test based on test-system of J750EX, in comformity with the communication-principle of computer and testing-principle of J750EX test-system. According to the basis, researches for developing test-programs of STl6C2552,namely:functional tests and AC/DC tests.
