A Review of Short Circuit Detection Sensor for SiC MOSFET

This paper summarizes and compares the existing SiC MOSFET short-circuit detection sensor and analyses their performance in terms of speed and stability in the event of a short circuit. The comparison clearly shows the strengths and weaknesses of the individual signals and provides guidance in the selection of the detection method for trade-off and short-circuit protection.
