Design of a mobile application to assess work stress by implementing the MBI and OIT-OMS questionnaires using the NOM-035-STPS-2018 standard

Stress is a problem that affects the quality of life of many people around the world. Recent studies [1] show that Mexico ranks first in the world with 75% of people that they suffer from stress, surpassing for the first-time countries such as China and the United States, which occupied the first places. Of this figure, close to 40% of employees in Mexico suffer the consequences of work-related stress, approximately 18.4 million people live with this health problem on a daily basis. Derived from this situation, it is proposed to design a mobile application that evaluates work stress in Mexican workers, implementing the questionnaires for the analysis of work stress MBI (Maslach Burnout Inventory) and OIT-OMS supported by Ivancevich and Matteson in 1989, methods of psychological analysis that will help to measure work stress and suggest timely attention to each worker
