Evaluation method of power transaction compliance based on market two-level indicators

The reform direction of electricity sales side liberalization has been clearly defined in the New Electricity Reform No. 9, and the opening of electricity sales side makes the behavior of electricity market trading more complicated. In this paper, we consider the market players on the power generation side (including new energy) and the customer side, and take the pretrade, mid-trade and post-trade as the time axis for analysis, and consider the production and operation, financial status, performance capability and compliance of market transactions of market players on the power generation side and the customer side, and construct the compliance regulation indexes for power trading, which can provide the basis for power compliance regulation and early warning. It provides the basis for electricity compliance regulation and early warning.
