Research on Driving Technology of Multi-Stage Electromechanical Servo System Based on AMESim

Electrimechanical actuator(EMA) has been widely used in the erecting device in the aerospace field. The research on the control technology of multi-stage high thrust and long stroke electromechanical system is becoming more and more important, and the multi-stage EMA system came into being. In this paper, permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) is used as the driving motor of multi-stage EMA and multi-stage planetary roller screw mechanism (PRSM) is used as its actuator. A comprehensive model of multi-stage EMA is established based on AMESim. JMAG is used to complete the specific parameter design of PMSM, which replaces the motor model in AMESim. The three-dimensional model of three-stage PRSM is established based on SolidWorks, which is imported into Adams to complete the dynamic simulation analysis. The model is imported into the established AMESim model to replace the lead screw actuator, and the co-simulation of multi-stage EMA system is completed. In the multi-stage EMA position loop control, a fuzzy PID drive control method is proposed. In order to test the performance of the fuzzy PID method, the test platform of multi-stage large stroke electromechanical servo system is designed, and the experimental research of multi-stage electromechanical servo system is carried out. The experimental results show that the fuzzy control driving technology designed in this paper has good real-time, stability, rapidity and anti-interference.
