Adaptive Event-triggered Composite Nonlinear Feedback Controller for Systems with Asymmetric Saturation and Disturbances

The tracking problem is addressed for systems with asymmetric saturation by adaptive event-triggered composite nonlinear feedback in this paper. Saturation is a non-negligible problem, which may lead to performance degradation of the systems. For tracking the step signal, improving the transient performance and saving the network resources, a controller utilizing composite nonlinear control with adaptive event-triggered scheme is presented to ensure the reference signal of the asymmetric saturating system can be tracked. By introducing a general Lyapunov equation, sufficient conditions are derived to solve the proposed problem. Finally, a numerical example is conferred to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed control.
