A Servo Simulation Test Calibration and Compensation Method for Hardware-in-the-loop Simulation of Aerocraft Control System

Aiming at the system errors caused by the original servo simulation test environment and the method errors caused by the calculation methods of transient, position and frequency characteristics in the semi-physical simulation test of the aircraft control system; a semi-physical servo simulation test system for the control system was designed and implemented. The servo simulation test system is mainly composed of a servo mechanism, an analog load table, a swing angle displacement sensor, a data acquisition board, a swing angle displacement acquisition computer, and a connecting cable. Through the unified test process and test method, as well as environmental calibration and test compensation, the dynamic and static test of the open loop servo mechanism is realized. The test results show that the method can detect various technical indicators of the servo mechanism, quickly assessing whether the servo mechanism meets the requirements of the simulation test with good real-time performance.
