DCEP Payment Risk Evaluation Method Based on LVC Method

As DCEP payment business develops, how to accurately evaluate the risks brought by enterprises’ application of DCEP payment has become extremely meaningful. In this paper, an index system for DCEP payment risk evaluation has been established at fiest. The index system consists of six first-level indicators and fourteen secondary-level indicators are composed of the identification of DCEP payment risks. After that, taking the concept of local variable weights as the starting point, a set of relatively complete methods for comprehensive evaluation of DCEP payment risks based on local variable weights was designed, and the simulation data was obtained from the investigation, and the results given by the data fully explained the applicability and reliability of this method, its biggest feature is that it can set the weight of each indicator objectively and flexibly. In the follow-up research process, many aspects can be further explored.
