Optimization research of energy saving operation of air compressor system in coal-fired power plant

Taking the general air compressor system of a coal-fired power plant as the research object, the air compressor system model and the pressure change model of the gas storage tank are established according to the field situation and mathematical model. The reliability of the simulation model is verified by comparing with the measured data. In order to reduce the energy consumption in the actual production process, through the establishment of the system model and the actual operation situation, discusses the problems of air compressor in the system, and through the analysis put forward specific measures to effectively reduce the energy consumption of air compressor, in view of the object power plant actual situation proposed the optimization control of retrofit scheme, combined with model simulation comparison at the same time, It is verified that the optimization method proposed in this paper can achieve better energy-saving effect of air compressor and reduce the operation cost of air compressor system.
