Potential Assessment of Low-Carbon Transition for Power Users under the Background of “Double Carbon”

At present, the low carbon transition for electricity users has become the key to achieve the national goal of “double carbon”. The low carbon transition of electricity users is affected by many factors and the potential assessment is complex. In order to effectively perceive the low-carbon transition potential of customers, a low-carbon transition potential assessment model based on the stepwise weighted assessment analysis ratio method and MARCOS is proposed. Firstly, a system of indicators for assessing the low-carbon transition potential of customers is constructed from multiple perspectives. Secondly, the objective indicator weights are obtained using the stepwise weighted assessment ratio method, and furthermore, a model for assessing the low-carbon transition potential of customers based on the MARCOS method is constructed. Finally, some power users in Changzhou City of Jiangsu Province were simulated to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model and method.
