Reliability analysis of pressure control system of nuclear power plant regulator

The pressure regulator pressure control system is one of the main regulation systems in the pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant, which plays an important role in ensuring the normal operation of the nuclear power plant and improving its reliability, which is also of great significance for nuclear safety. In this paper, the Markov/CCMT method is selected to model the failure of the system, obtain the qualitative analysis results of the pressure regulator pressure control system, establish the dynamic reliability model of the system by using the dynamic fault tree method, and analyze the dynamic part of the fault tree by using Markov method. By optimizing the input and processor modules of the system, the effect of the three-take center logic and the addition of hot standby on the reliability of the whole system after adding the standby channel is analyzed around the reliability evaluation. The results of the study show that adding redundancy and standby can effectively improve the reliability of the system.
