Research on low-carbon operation strategy of double-layered coordination of flexible direct current interconnected system

In this paper, the double-layered coordinated low-carbon operation strategy is studied to solve the problem of optimization and coordination operation in the flexible direct current (DC) interconnected system. Based on the low-voltage double-layered ring network in the flexible DC interconnected system, considering that the main function of the medium-voltage flexible DC ring network is to realize the mutual power support of each distribution station through the flexible DC interconnection, the mutual power support scheme is optimized to minimize the mutual power support line loss and reduce the carbon emission level of the system. Considering the access of renewable energy and multiple loads in low-voltage flexible DC ring network, the new energy consumption scheme is optimized, and the carbon emission level of the system is reduced by increasing the new energy consumption rate. Medium-voltage flexible DC ring network and low-voltage flexible DC ring network are coupled through DC converter, and the power supply and demand level of low-voltage flexible DC ring network is taken as the judgment standard to realize the coordinated operation of medium-voltage ring network and low-voltage ring network. The optimization model and solving model are established according to the specific example, and the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the established model. The solving results prove the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed strategy.
